Flags is an on going, interactive, global silk painting project facilitated by silk painter Elizabeth Yaari.

All participants answer this question: What is your aspiration, dream, or wish for yourself community or the world? Participants are then guided gently through the process of applying a gold outliner and dyes to silk fabric to paint their answer.

The finished 32”x40” paintings are suspended on a line which is hung between trees or poles.

The paintings are free flowing and translucent.

These paintings when hung serve as mediators between the heart and the heavens. They share their messages with the wind, which then carry their intent across the world, spreading a message of well being amongst all humans. Check out the Flags Journey.
